Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Swimwear & Intimates For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimates can only be returned if the hygiene liner and original tags are still attached and intact. Items without the liner in place cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return Email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll confirm the next steps and return address.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the size or item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
